By using Takefat Misr you agree to these terms.
The service
Takefat Misr is a platform that connects customers with independent AC technicians. The price shown on a request is the official base price of the service.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and mobile number. Suspended accounts cannot use the platform.
Requests and payment
Payment is currently cash after completion. Extra work must be approved inside the platform before it is charged.
Technicians
Technicians must upload a national ID photo and be verified by admin before accepting jobs. National ID images are never shown to customers.
Cancellation
You may cancel while a request is open for offers. Open requests older than the configured window may expire automatically.
Liability
Agreements made off the platform are not covered. Use the in-request contact channels after you choose a technician.
Businesses and facilities
Company and facilities inquiries submitted on the For businesses page are handled by our team. A business inquiry is not a booking until a normal service request is confirmed on the platform.
