National ID
ID photos are required from technicians for verification only. They are stored privately and visible to admin (and the technician), never to customers.
Who sees your address
Your address and contact number are revealed only after you choose a specific technician.
Retention
We keep request data for billing, ratings and support. You can update your account details from the account page.

For data requests, use the contact page or the hotline.
Business inquiries
When you submit a business inquiry we store company name, contact details, and your message so our team can follow up. That data is visible to authorized admin staff only.
